Android 0.1 or Hakita is the android brother of Android 0.2. They both started off as humans, and Android 0.1 got his skin taken off. Then his skeleton was made into a robot-ized. Android 0.2 and he were real brothers, but 0.2 was a better version of 0.1, who was failed, and lived for 3 months. He was killed by Master Roshi's original kamehameha.

He does not have a personality. He was no programmaed with one. What he does is kills the target and anyone standing in his way.

Android 0.1 is strong enough to shatter concrete with a single strike. Android 0.1 is faster than a average car and is durable enough to withstand bullets, concrete, punches, electricity and even a car thrown at him without any damage.
