Android 31 is one of the meanest android there has ever been, he enjoys teasing people about how weak they are to him. He is one of Dr. Gero's androids who was created in Hell. No one can match his power because he was created from cells from Cell , Goku , Gohan , Yamcha , Satan, Tien , Vegeta , Krillin , Piccolo , Pikkon , Grand and King Kai , Janemba , Trunks , Frieza , King Cold , and Omega Buu . He will make an appearance in Dragon Ball AT.
