Antecedent Super Saiyan ( 先代サイヤ Sendai Sūpā Saiya-jin) is a form achieved by the once God of Destruction Satsumo. As its name implies this Super Saiyan form was the progenitor of all Super Saiyan forms, at least in this timeline.

Origins[]
Within this unique timeline the form known as Super Saiyan God came before Super Saiyan, because of this fact the evolution and power of this universes Super Saiyan were massively altered.
As the Saiyans were exposed to copious amounts of God Ki for many generation their body adapted to its influence, leading them to evolving what would soon be known as S-Cells. These cells, while not entirely reliant on the existence of God Ki, did benefit greatly from its presence. As the first of the Super Saiyan forms this transformation alone, without the warrior possessing God Ki, was relatively weak when compared to the modern form of Super Saiyan. However, when a Saiyan does attain divine energy the S-Cells become more effective, boosting the Saiyans power to a level doubling that of it modern counterpart.
Appearance[]
As a Super Saiyan this transformation share many qualities with its modern day counterpart such as the form changing their users overall appearance when activating. However, there are clear distinction between them as Antecedent Super Saiyan possesses a color pallet as sort of an in-between of Super Saiyan God and Modern Super Saiyan. The users hair turns upright becoming a vivid orange, the eyes gain pupils and shift to a golden hue. The Aura of this warrior takes on a more flame-like appearance, a trait believed to be derived from Super Saiyan God. The aura itself becomes a mosaic of orange hues with a dark brown clinging closes to the user.
Usage and Power[]
This form is attained when a Saiyan experiences an increasingly traumatic event, emotional upheaval or by undergoing power output training. While the inventor of this form possessed divine energy, this isn't a prerequisite to the form despite its influence on the form. It should be noted though that harnessing and mastering God Ki may allow certain individuals to attain Antecedent Super Saiyan at a faster rate.
While not all too different in muscular physique the output of power is incredible. Despite the form being notably weaker without the presence of God Ki, this form still isn't to be underestimated as it increased the users strength, speed and all other abilities by a factor of thirty-five times. This form also grants the Saiyan an increased healing factor, one that continues to develop with the higher stages of the form.
Once a user of Antecedent Super Saiyan achieves God Ki their power increases substantially, even the higher forms of Antecedent' become more effective for battle. Not only this but so too does the users healing factor increase as this form becomes even more tied to Super Saiyan God.

Antecedent Super Saiyan 2[]

The first successor of Antecedent Super Saiyan transformation achieved by Satsumo through great anger. Multiplying his power seventy times from base and doubling the output of his previous Super Saiyan form.
Antecedent Super Saiyan 3[]

The second and final successor to the standard Antecedent Super Saiyan state. This form increased Satsumo's power output four times that of the previous form, making it 280x stronger than his base form.

God Ki Awakening[]
After awakening to God Ki Satsumo's Super Saiyan state, which had been weakened due to his ancestral blood, was finally able to tap into its proper power leading to each of his forms getting a substantial boost in power. The first jumping from a thirty-five times boost to a hundred, the second from seventy times to two hundred and the final form jumping from two hundred and eighty to a staggering eight hundred times increase.
Super Saiyan[]
The most recognised variant of Super Saiyan and the one most assumed by Saiyans across the multiverse. This version however is a diluted variant of Super Saiyan born from years of Saiyans going without the usage of God Ki, thus resulting in a more "watered-down" variant of its progenitor.Main Article: Super Saiyan

Refined Rosé[]
Super Saiyan Refined Rosé or simply Refined Rose is an altered form of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan assumed exclusively by Attsumou. By transforming into his own variant of Super Saiyan in his Saiyan Beyond God state he can assume a form derived from that of Super Saiyan Rosé. This is possible thanks to Satsumo's position as a God of Destruction, thereby making him a true deity.
