The Black Star Green Dragon Balls
The Black Star Green Dragon Balls are ancient dragon balls created by a Guardian long ago. They contain an ancient and powerful power that is first studided by Carba. They appear in Dragon Ball: User Warriors. They contain the dragon Cyclone, the brother of Shenron and Gill.

Carba shows Chix and Hoodie one of the balls she found. Strange things occur with it as Hoodie is severly weakened by it, and only Chix has the power to activate them to their fullest capacities.

When all seven are gathered, legend has it that they would unlock a secret weapon, which could help them defeat the Great Evil that threats Earth. That secret weapon was later to be confirmed as the sealing power, enough to seal the forbidden heart of Aku. Despite that, the Black Star Green Dragon Balls have powers beyond that, such as the granting of wishes, just like the other sets of Dragon Balls.

They look similar to the dragon balls on Earth, except green with black stars. They are also much bigger and have a pale, green glow.
