Blazer, (also known as Claw) is a Human. He appears in Dragon Ball: Travel.

He looks like Vegeta in face, he has scar on his right eye (which is black), dark red hair, green suit and tattoo of two swords on his right arm.
History[]
He was mighty pirate which killed many people (He told that like, then Genki found that he killed 1,000,000 people). When he died, he was sent to Hell.
