Caulier is a high ranked Saiyan warrior who had served under king vegeta and was one of his best fighters. frieza knew he was a great fighter and so he was assigned by frieza to destroy the life forms on planet pea where dodoria's men were waiting there to ambush him. caulier held his ground well but in the end like bardocks team he was killed by dodoria and his team. his body was recovered by a squad of the green pea's men who inhabited the planet and brought to the green pea himself. the green pea knew that with saiyan power he could overthrow frieza and rule the universe so he took caulier to the labs to have him healed and used as a secret weapon. caulier had his memory erased and his power greatly enhanced.
caulier remained in stasis thoughout the events of dragon ball to dragon ball gt
after he was finally awoken many many years later and ordered to kill the z fighters caulier turned on the emperor himself saying " you dont own me, i'm not your servant " and he killed the emperor, his son pod and all of the green pea's desciples who ruled under him
although after caulier awoken from stasis he looks like a young man at the age of 20 caulier is really actually 73 years old
Personality[]
Cauler is a merciless, confident and prideful saiyan that enjoys to taunt his enemies when they are weak and injured. caulier is very cunning and manipulitive in combat taking any advantage and using tricks to help improve his chance of defeating his opponent, he sometimes pretends his tail is in pain and attacks while his enemy thinks he has the upper hand. caulier cares nothing for others and wont hesitate to kill even his allies to meet his goals. during his time in the planet trade organization he was quite a heart throb to the saiyan girls because of his looks, power and class. caulier when he awoken had amnesia and couldnt remember a thing about himself and his race, the only thing caulier could remember was his barbaric saiyan personality.

- max power beam ray - an energy wave that resembles a bot of lightning except the overall power of the attack is greater due to caulier being in his max power form. it is caulier's most powerful attack
- electric cannon attack - a very powerful white clear force that emits from the body and is full of electric bolts, the attack causes a great deal of damage to the opponent and can stun him momentarily so that the user can attack. it is caulier's signature attack
