Cognac (コニック Konikku) is the Angel of Universe 4 and the attendant and martial arts teacher of Quitela. He appears in Dragon Ball Super during the Universe Survival Saga.
Appearance[]
Like the other Angels, Cognac has pale blue skin, white hair, and blue eyes. His hair is fashioned into a large pompadour. He wears wine-red robes and a black vest with an orange rectangle running down the center. He appears to be right-handed, as he holds his staff in his right hand.
Personality[]
Cognac is talented and insightful. Like most angels, Cognac is a very composed individual who generally remains indifferent to any actions before him, as he was unfazed when Universe 4 and its inhabitants were all erased.

Cognac, alongside Quitela and Kuru, attends the Zeno Expo. He remains silent during the Tournament of Power. He was semi-shocked when Nink was knocked out of the arena. He continues to silently observe the Tournament of Power, even when his universe was being erased.

Being Quitela's martial arts teacher, it can be assumed Cognac is stronger than him, making him the strongest being in Universe 4.
Techniques and Special Abilities[]
- Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.
- Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.
- Immortality - As an Angel, Cognac can only be killed if he is "eradicated" - which will only occur if he violates the Angel laws.[2]
- Autonomous Ultra Instinct - As an Angel, Cognac is always in the Perfected Ultra Instinct state.

- Like all Gods of Destruction and Angels, Cognac's name is a pun of a type of alcohol. Cognac's name is a pun of the alcoholic drink of the same name: Cognac.
- Like how Giin and Quitela have the exact same symbols on their God of Destruction robes, Cognac and Martinu share the same symbols on their cuirasses
