How To Transform
The user must be pure and almost dead. Almost everyone in the universe must be dead and the user must feel nothing except extreme anger.
Good sides of transformation
- The user's power level is multiplied by 300,000,000 times more than normal Super Saiyan, making it 300 times stronger than Kaioken Super Saiyan Blue;
- The user can control: land, water, fire, thunder, dark, light, and wind;
- The user can absorb almost any attack;
- The user can travel to other dimensions;
- The user can sense forms up to 500,000,000 light years away;
- The user's speed increases 1,001 times;
- The user can make virtual things from a Windows 10 computer into real entities, which eventually causes the computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, professional lighting, and any audio/video/recording devices to collapse if the virtual-to-reality creation power is overused;
- The user can summon a personal wish-granting dragon that can grant 2 wishes but can only be used once every 7 years.
Bad sides of transformation
There are no bad sides of transforming into a Collapse Super Saiyan, other than being nearly dead, due to the requirement of the transformation. Any change made to the population of the universe will not affect the user's transformation.
