The Divine Kamehameha (神超かめはめ波 Kami Chō Kamehameha) is an incredibly and highly powerful variation of the Kamehameha technique used by Son Goku in his Ultra Instinct Sign (UIS) and True Ultra Instinct (TUI) states. For the complete and more powerful variation, see Supreme Kamehameha, the one used by Perfected Ultra Instinct (PUI) Goku.
Overview[]
Goku charges and launches a powerful Kamehameha energy wave with far more energy output than a God Kamehameha and other similar variations, inflicting extremely heavy damage on his opponent. Goku can also manipulate its ki blast to adapt to certain situations, such as converting it into an Energy Shield if a rivaling attack would be too tough to clash with or keeping up its spherical form and using it to surf over an enemy's energy (or not) attack to close the gap.
Usage[]
Son Goku first used this Kamehameha technique variant in his Ultra Instinct Sign state during his battle with Kefla during the Tournament of Power (ToP) after she tried to finally defeat him with her Gigantic Burst and Ray Blast, claiming he was unable to dodge the energy attacks in midair. By doing flips in the air and sliding the Kamehameha sphere on top of the Gigantic Burst, Goku was able to close the distance between them and fire the Divine Kamehameha at point-blank range, sending Kefla flying off the stage and forcefully shattering the Potara Earrings, effectively eliminating her.
Later then, during another Tournament of Power (ToP), Goku uses Divine Kamehameha in his battle against Jiren, though it is nullified by a concentrated Power Impact, making Jiren able to blast Goku away, but Goku finds a way to use the energy of his Divine Kamehameha as an energy shield to try and nullify the damage of Jiren's energy blast.
During his intense battle with Gas, Goku in his True Ultra Instinct (TUI) state uses this Kamehameha variant from his mouth to try and defeat him.
