Ultra Dragon Ball Wiki

Fire Breath (火息, Hi Iki) is a fire elemental technique used by Dabura, Hirudegarn, Great Apes and Golden Great Apes, among others. The user fires an immense, blazing flare from his mouth that severely burns its target(s), and causes destructive effects to any area that is caught in the flame.

FireBreath

This technique was first used in Dragon Ball Z by the filler character Princess Snake while she was in her evil snake form.

Variations[]

Gigantic Flame[]

Hirudegarn used the Gigantic Flame against Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta after throwing him onto a building in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon. Vegeta used an Energy Shield to protect the civilians in the building, but was affected and knocked out by the Gigantic Flame. In Dragon Ball GT, the Gigantic Flame was used by Golden Great Apes. Also in GT, Great Ape Vegeta used a Chou Makouhou Barrage very similar to Fire Breathes.

Gigantic Flame appeared in the Budokai Tenkaichi series as Hirudegarn's Ultimate Blast and as one of Baby Vegeta's Blast 2 in his Golden Great Ape form.

Evil Flame[]

Dabura's version of the Fire Breath was named "Evil Flame" in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and is one of his Blast 2.

In video games[]

In Dragon Ball: Origins and Dragon Ball: Origins 2, lizards, Baby Pterodactyls and Baby Gameras can attack by breathing fire.
