Frecoolerator is an Ice-jin who invented the use of Freezer Burn to increase his power and stamina. He rivaled Krieza in power, so he wanted to make sure he was stronger. Creating the form and soon becoming permanently used instead of his normal state, he went on to kill Krieza and lead the universe in war. Goku, who traveled to Yardrat for even more training, met this foe. He attained Super Saiyan Full Power (Sūpā Saiyan Maximum) and killed Frecoolerator.
