Frieza- God Form
Frieza had achieved his God Form by stealing the powers of Omega Tempest, a mysterious shadow dragon. Frieza used his powerful form in order to have an opportunity to kill Goku. Frieza had broken out of Hell before he became a God. In his duration of escaping Hell, he brought other villains with him in order to set up a scheme to hire those villains to kill Goku.
