A very powerful evil who has both EI and DI's moves. Ian is now Ultimate Ian!!! After Ian went through extreme training to become the strongest, He became stronger then ever before! He now wears the outfit of a Supreme Kai, and will stop at nothing to destroy Evil in it's tracks.
