Keeno is a character invented by Blalafoon. He has a partner named Nanoya. Keeno is a main enemy in the next saga of Dragonball NG. Keeno is always looking for a fighter that will give him a challenge and notices the new Z-Fighters onEarth and prepares to battle them.
Appearance[]
Keeno has blue skin, and red hair. Keeno wears armor like spice without shoulder blades, he also wears black baggy pants and navy blue boots.
