Mizaru (見ざる, lit. "See no Evil") is a state brought about through an Eclipsed Saiyan harnessing Primal Ki in moderation. Counter to a Modern Saiyans Ikari form, this state doesn't send the Saiyan into a blind rage.
Overview[]
This form allows the user to access incredible strength but without the full-body transformation of Iwazaru, instead harnessing only a portion of Primal Ki.
Appearance[]
Mizaru, as only a partial transformation, doesn't differ too drastically from the users base form. The only two clear differences to the Saiyan is their eyes and aura, both of which vary from user to user. In the case of the aura however, their ki will take on a darker outer layer while retaining the users' standard Ki color within as its dominant color. Since this form is derived from moderate Primal Ki usage the form doesn't bulk up in any significant manner but rather becoming more defined in appearance and fortitude. Their height may also increase but not by any significant margin.
Usage and Power[]
Mizaru is the partial manifestation and utilization of Iwazaru's power. Compared to Modern Saiyans' Wrathful form this state is innately stronger and more versatile as it increased the Saiyans combative power twenty-five times over while also allowing them to think far more rationally and with more control. As their agility, power, speed and other capabilities increase so too does their instincts for battle.

- Royal Initial Stage - Those of the Royal Bloodline are born into the Mizaru state, being able to passively absorb low amounts of Blutz Wave Radiation at a constant and consistent speed, resulting in a slight power increase over time.. Meaning that without proper discipline characters like Cicer are unable to drop out of Mizaru. As the initial stage, it's power boost isn't too substantial as it only doubles his base power.
- Royal Imperial Stage - After a Saiyan of Royal blood achieves Iwazaru their Initial stage of Mizaru evolves further, becoming an even more powerful variant of itself. This form also absorbs low level of Blutz Wave Radiation but at a slight increase compared to before. As for the power this form grants, it's fifty-times that of their base form.
- True Mizaru - Exclusive to the Eclipsed Legend, this variant of Mizaru is similar in appearance to its regular counterpart but with notable differences as while it may initially start of a Saiyan with a twenty-five times increase, it doesn't end there. Similar to Shizaru, this form continues to increase in power but at a more moderate and controlled level that makes the user able to more easily control. When compared to the Royal Imperial Stage that the royals possess, this forms power increase overtime is far more powerful.
