Neon Saiyan Goku
Neon Saiyan is the state before the user goes Blazing or Freezing Saiyan. You usually don't see it, due to fast transformation. You can halt the process and be in this form. This form has both Freezing Saiyan and Blazing Saiyan powers, and is the counterpart of the brief Black and White Saiyan (this form leads to Super Saiyan). The form looks very thrilling once you see the glow, but you only have 100 seconds to transform or downgrade to regular state.
This form has equal power to Super Saiyan 2.
