The Primal Saiyans (プライマルサイヤ人 Puraimaru ''Saiya-jin) are a race of extraterrestrials from the fan-made series Dragon Ball Alteration. They hail from the Central Sector of the Alterverse, and are considered a sister race of the Superior Saiyans, both of which evolved from the Ancient Saiyans. While Frieza nearly annihilated the Saiyans in Universe 7's Northern Sector, the Primal Saiyans faced their own challenges.

Although mainly referred to as Primal Saiyans, this subspecies is actually a far further evolved race than even its modern counterparts. The name "Primal Saiyan" came about due to its appearance resembling more closely that of their ancestors than many other branches of Saiyans, a trait they share with their cousin race, the Lunaris Saiyans. In recent times, however, the race has started referring to themselves as Eclipsed Saiyans.

Overview

Homeworld

Planet Rewdesh (惑星ルデシュ, Wakusei Rudeshu), the homeworld of the Eclipsed Saiyans' is an extremely lush and fertile planet with an abnormally dense atmosphere. Their planet even possesses gravity a hundred times heavier than their original planet, Planet Sadala. They crash landed on this planet after being separated from the rest of their race. Once they arrived, the planet’s environment began influencing their biology, and they slowly evolved into what they are now.

Culture

Unlike their sister race, a Eclipsed Saiyan's power level isn't measured as soon as they're born, instead waiting until they're older with most cases being around the ages of five to be measured. If their power level is up to a standard they're raised as warriors and become fighter candidates. If their power level remains low even after a certain amount of time has passed they are classed as civilians, however, a Saiyan can still strive for honor even then. One of the most import civilian occupations being a Kingsmith.

Since their arrival on Planet Rewdesh, the concept of sending their infants to infiltrate and concur other words was abandoned. In fact, the Saiyans of Rewdesh deeply believe in the isolation of their race and that the best thing for them is to concentrate on their own development. Due to this the Eclipsed Saiyans stayed out of the war against the Seven Dragon Lords for many years, unaffected by the loss of countless other sentient life and the extinction of billions of races native to the Central Sector. It was only once the war reached their planet that the Eclipsed Saiyans joined in the effort.

Eclipsed Saiyans naturally know how to fly, many working it out on their own without any amount of training. For Eclipsed Saiyan's training is an extremely common practice, even among those that aren't warrior candidates. The desire to train is instinctual, an instinct put to good use through the protection of their planet; warding off any would be invaders.

Unlike Earthlings, they don't celebrate any yearly holidays, however, events such as ceremonies and rituals are held in high regard, the most important of these being the inauguration of the new King which takes place after the death of the previous king.

Pride and honor are extremely important within their society, a Saiyan's word being their bond, something that they'll stake their very lives on. As such a promise made is a promise kept, no matter how long it may take for them to complete it. Eclipsed Saiyans also hold great respect for those that came before them, their ancestors holding an important roles within their society. This is due, in part, to the fact that the very energy around then, the energy that they use to fuel their transformation, are residual remnants of their ancestors power being channeled through them. It becoming customary to thank their ancestors with a small prayer every time they access their transformations.

Military Power

These Saiyans are militaristic in nature, possessed a powerful military known as the Eclipsed Company, only equal to their counterparts, the Superior Saiyans. In order to enroll in the military, a Saiyan must be a fighter candidate and have graduate from the Akuseijō Academy or attained the Iwazaru transformation. Their military forces are divided up into Eight official divisions. The main priority is the defense of their planet, primarily against the destructive forces of the Seven Dragon Lords and their unholy creation, Remnants.

1st Division

The 1st Division is run primarily by the strongest warriors of the Royal Okoshi Bloodline with the King taking on the position as their General and Head General of all other divisions with the exception of the 'Zero Division'. The King is tasked with making all major strategic decision and is who all other Division General's report back to.

Akuseijō Academy - Secondary Division in charge of teachings of the younger generation

2nd Division

2nd Division, also known as Special Intelligence and Operations is responsible for collecting information and carrying out stealth missions. Their primary objective is to gather information from outside the battlefield, rather than formative combat. The Head General relies on their intelligence, so they are crucial to the functioning of the army. In addition to gathering information, their second goal is to put an end to any opposition or dissent against the military.

Secret Keepers - Secondary Division within Special Intel. tasked with maintaining the secret location and identities' of the Kingsmith

3rd Division

3rd Division, also known as the Medical Corps. are in charge of healing the wounded and to carry out the deceased after they fall in battle. This division specializes in healing techniques. They are not as powerful as the other divisions, but they are known for their members possessing vast amounts of reserves of Ki. The current leader of the Medical Corps is General Solan.

Silica Sacrum - Secondary Division who maintain a steady supply of Silicaroot Extract via communion with the Mastonian race.

4th Division

4th Division, The Reserves have the most members in comparison to other divisions and is designed as mass reinforcement. Their warriors are designed as a "Jack of all Traits" kind of tactic. Currently led by the noble, General Kizuori Zakym.

5th Division

5th Division, known as Large Scale Operations are used when a large sources of Remnants are found, being dispatch to terminate with extreme aggression. Currently led by General Nozuta Ado.

6th Division

6th Division, known as The Offense Forces is divided into two separate categories, Ki Specialist and Physical Fighters. The first specializes in unique Ki manipulation and supply while the other specializes in physical attacks and martial arts. Currently led by the Royal Prince, General Cicer Okoshi.

7th Division

7th Division, also known as Countermeasures is designed and specialize in counteracting the effects of magic, which the Remnants' mainly use. This team is the first to be sent in alongside the 2nd Division when facing a new type of Dragon. Currently led by the War Maiden, General Sativa.

8th Division

8th Division, also known as Research and Development. Closely ties to Countermeasures and Special Intelligence, using information gathered from both divisions they're able to devise new technology and spells based on the Remnants they encounter

Zero Division

Zero Division, also known as the Legendary Division, is an unofficial branch within the military and is coined by other divisions as a strike force made up of a single member: the Primal Legend. The division carries out missions directly from the Council of Aspects, disconnected from the other divisions and outside of the influence of the King. It is currently comprised of the Primal Legend, Lentil Veil.

Types

Standard

The standard variant of the Eclipsed Saiyans are all direct descendants of the Ancient Saiyan, Kin Kabocha, and are consequently recognized for their inherent inability to access the Super Saiyan line of transformations. Instead of following the typical Saiyan evolutionary path, they have developed their own unique and distinct form of progression. Due to this divergence, these Saiyans have earned the rather derogatory nickname of "Moon Bloods" from their Superior Saiyan counterparts. This pejorative term serves as an insult, specifically referencing their reliance on lunar energy to initiate and power their initial transformation processes, highlighting the differences in their evolutionary paths.

Legendary

These Saiyans are exceptional warriors who are specifically chosen by the Kenshin, and as such, they are formally recognized and designated as Eclipsed Legends. It is important to note that the title of Eclipsed Legend is a unique and prestigious one, as only one such legendary figure can exist concurrently within their society. The Kenshin, the entity responsible for bestowing this esteemed status, establishes a lifelong, nigh unbreakable bond with the chosen warrior, solidifying their position as the Eclipsed Legend. This remarkable individual gains exclusive access to a transformative sequence that is entirely unique and unparalleled, a power that is completely inaccessible to the Standard Saiyans. Given the extraordinarily immense power that this transformation unlocks, even within the context of their designated role as a Legend, their strength is carefully and meticulously regulated through the utilization of the Eight-Phase Lunar Seal, ensuring that their abilities are channeled and controlled appropriately.

History

New Homeworld

The Eclipsed Saiyans originated on Planet Sadala; however, their homeworld was subsequently destroyed in the Ancient Saiyan Battle between their ancestors and the Super Saiyan God Race. Consequently, they were compelled to seek out a new world to call their own. During their journey, they were separated from the remainder of their race, who were en route to a new world named Planet Plant. Unbeknownst to them at the time, this separation would lead to an unprecedented evolution.

Eventually, after years of searching, they arrived in the uncharted space of the Central Sector and landed on an unknown planet. Due to dwindling fuel and food supplies, they were compelled to disembark. They settled there and declared it their new world, naming it New Planet Sadala. Unbeknownst to them, survivors of the Saiyan Super Saiyan God Race had already established their own settlement there. Unable to engage in conflict, they entered into a peace treaty, agreeing not to interfere with each other's societies. However, it seemed that war would soon erupt between the two subspecies once more as conflicts began to arise. The leaders of these two groups, wishing to spare any further Saiyan bloodshed, made a drastic decision. Recognizing that they could no longer share the same planet without the constant threat of war, they resolved to reside on two separate planets within that solar system, determining that New Planet Sadala would be better suited for trade rather than habitation.

Selecting a planet within the solar system's habitable zone, they chose a large, fertile planet with numerous moons. No longer finding it suitable to be called Planet Sadala, they decided to name it Planet Rewdesh, the new homeworld of the Eclipsed Saiyans.

Physiology

Physical Appearance

Eclipsed Saiyans highly resemble their Modern Saiyan counterparts having black hair and dark eyes. As a subspecies of Saiyans they naturally grow stronger as they mature, becoming extremely well build and growing rather tall, taller on average than even their ancestors. They normally possess large mane-like hairstyles being wild and unruly, having parts of their hair hanging towards their back. Males easily grow facial hair starting at an early age and continuously grow unless properly groomed. Eclipsed Saiyans possess the fastest and most wide ranged adaptability of pure blooded Saiyan's, being able to control the temperature of their bodies also helping in this regard, meaning that they can continue to survive in even the most extreme of environments which is important since their planet is known for having extreme seasons.

Tails

All Eclipsed Saiyans are born with two black tails. Adult's can be seen with theirs swaying freely, a reflection of their culture as their tails are a sense of pride for them. Their tails possess immense gripping strength which is a trait common among all Saiyans with tails but even more so for them. Unlike other Saiyans, their tails don't suffer from heightened sensitivity, even as infants as they've evolved passed this weakness. Due their evolution and becoming so dependent on their tails if a Eclipsed Saiyan were to lose them it would seriously disrupt their senses to the point that it becomes difficult to even stand.

Just like Modern Saiyans, the tail is the source of their true strength but this is especially true for Eclipsed Saiyans who've evolved further down this path. The most unique ability of the Eclipsed Saiyans isn't their ability to transform into a Great Ape but the evolution that comes after it. By being exposed to the Blutz Wave Radiation they undergo a transformation, but unlike Modern Saiyans when a Eclipsed Saiyan regains control of themselves they evolve even further, attaining another transformation, the Iwazaru. If their tails are removed they'll drop out of their current transformation, making this their most vital area.

Despite tails being are their most vital area the regeneration of this appendage is extremely prominent as a Eclipsed Saiyans body will take the regrowth of the tail as a top priority, slowing down the healing of other areas in order to regain the tails lost, the estimated recovery is just short of a couple hours of losing the tail, making the window of vulnerability minimal. However, they've conceived a technique which allows them to manifest temporary replacements through the usage of their Ki, while not as potent as their original tails they're able to at least access Mizaru.

Tail of Absorption

This tail, possesses the ability to absorb Blutz Waves Radiation through a special gland within. Once the Blutz Waves are absorbed the glands convert this into specialized Ki for the Saiyan to use, initiating the Oozaru transformation. For the majority of the populous this would be their right tail, however some, like with the case of Lentil Veil, are born with this being their left tail.

Tail of Compression

This tail, while also appearing like its counterpart possesses a unique gland, called the Z-Gland which is used to condense the Ki that the other tail has converted. This tail's ability remains dormant until a Eclipsed Saiyan can regain control of their actions. This tail is responsible for the Iwazaru transformation and its subsequent variants, without it they're unable to access anything higher than Mizaru.

Z-Glands

Z-Glands are what allow a Eclipsed Saiyan to access their transformations and by increasing the exposure to Blutz Waves the Z-Glands can become stronger over time akin to how a muscle works. Once the Eclipsed Saiyan has strengthened Z-Glands and already the Iwazaru form they can evolve further, initiating another Oozaru transformation and subsequently another Iwazaru form. Eclipsed Saiyan offspring will inherit the dual tail gene from their parents but not the strength of that tail, meaning that strength isn't inherited but is obtained through training.

Personality

Just like many Saiyan variants, Eclipsed Saiyans possess an instinctual drive for battle and hunger for strength making them very competitive. They possess a keen fighting sense, which allows them to acquire power extremely quickly. Unlike Modern Saiyans, who are known for their arrogance, Eclipsed Saiyans won't simply stand by as an enemy grows stronger and are likely to finish a battle as quickly as possible. Love for Eclipsed Saiyans isn't commonly romanticized and is compared closer to an instinct rather than an emotion, yet, this isn't to be underestimated as the bonds of a Eclipsed Saiyan is extremely powerful.

Eclipsed Saiyans have been found to be rather sympathetic by nature but not to the extent that one would show mercy to those they deem unworthy. They possess a high sense of honor, extending to there comrades as they often find enjoyment in their comrades' accomplishments. This sense is so powerful that an entire squad was created to retrieve those fallen comrades from battle, no matter the condition of the body. Eclipsed Saiyans have been shown to prefer death on two occasions, the shame of losing to a weaker foe and the betrayal of their core beliefs. Outside of this Eclipsed Saiyans find death to be an privilege, falling in battle is the greatest level of honor a Saiyan can hope to have, it's their belief that only by dying gloriously are they worthy to stand alongside their ancestors.

Eclipsed Saiyans possess a strict code that they enforce upon themselves and are taught as children at a young age. The first is a strong sense of morality, the ability to judge what is acceptable and what's isn't. The second is courage, to have the will to continue fighting even when the odds are stacked against you. The third is compassion, the ability to sympathize with their peers and understand that not everyone is equal. The fourth is respect, it is not given but rather earned, limited only in one's' actions. The fifth is loyalty, to their clan, their race, and their beliefs. The sixth is sincerity, to never go back on one's' word, it as a binding contract between the promiser and the promised. The final is self-control, the ability to control their action at all times, for without it they risk falling into corruption.

Energy Manipulation

Saiyans have a naturally high affinity to control the energy known as Ki, allowing them to generate very powerful energy blasts even at young ages. Any energy lost during battle is completely restored, and, in near all cases, multiplied, after a short time of resting. Eclipsed Saiyans possess a different form of energy from their Modern Saiyan counterparts as their energy resembles Ki more akin to that of their ancestors the Ancient Saiyans. As warriors they use Ki in there day to day lives, even if this happens subconsciously. With training they better able to control this energy, and learn to utilizing it in unique way.

Since they've evolved to harness Blutz Wave Radiation these Saiyans are generally more adept in controlling Primal Ki rather than their innate Ki. While they may possess great power in their base form, their transformations are highly dependent on the use of Primal Ki, leading them to become more equipped to harness this energy as time goes on. This is a stark contrast to Superior Saiyans who are incapable of using Primal Ki and thus are completely reliant on their innate Ki. While these two branches of Saiyans pursue power differently it would be a fool's errand to place one above the over for this reason alone.

Flight

Due to their naturally high ability to control their energy, Saiyans possess the innate ability to fly at hypersonic speeds, with little, to no effort at all, despite the extremely powerful gravity of their home planet. Some even being able to fly as babies.

Strength

Eclipsed Saiyans possess higher innate fighting power than Modern Saiyan's and due to their planet's higher gravity and training education are capable of destroying heavy metals with ease upon, even as infants. Even the civilian Saiyans are capable of feats far greater than those on once demonstrated on Planet Vegeta. These insane levels of strength are easily able to annihilate planets when they come of age, thus the need for control.

Through tough training, Saiyans are able to reach new levels of power and the more intense the training and fights they go through, the stronger they become. If a Eclipsed Saiyan were to survive a near-death experience, then, when the body recuperates, the Saiyan would grows exponentially stronger than they were previously as their high body adaptability can compensate for the damage dealt, essentially evolving their power. Eclipsed Saiyans seem to possess the greatest Zenkai boosts after recovering from heavy injuries, even more so than other Saiyan races, though this is counteracted by the unexplainable loss of their continuous Zenkai boost experienced throughout battle. Strength is an extremely important aspect of their society, especially for warriors who battle the Remnants on the front lines.

Speed and Agility

Eclipsed Saiyans possess high-speed movement and are easily capable of moving beyond light-speed. Thanks to their training that some receive at the Akuseijō Academy their ability to move quickly is heightened even more. Transformations other than the Kikazaru can also increase this aspect.

Durability and Endurance

Saiyans possess enormous amounts of superhuman durability and are a remarkably resilient species who refuse to be broken physically and mentally. Even as children, Saiyans are easily capable of taking on bullets, explosions, or sharpened objects and come out relatively unharmed. Even while unconscious and in their base form, a Saiyan is capable of surviving atmospheric reentries with no negative effect on their bodies.

However, they are not invincible, and substantially powerful forces and enemies can overcome a Eclipsed Saiyan's basic durability such as the Remnants. But even if they are hurt, Eclipsed Saiyans not only also appear able to heal from injuries at a faster rate than normal beings, but also have an extremely high tolerance to physical pain, and will only succumb to injuries by experiencing a massively high amount of trauma. They also possess remarkable immune systems, making it almost impossible for them to become sick. If a Saiyan lets his guard down, no matter how powerful, this will cause the Saiyan to become vulnerable to surprise attacks.

Intelligence

Though not the most intellectual they are known to be very cunning in battle. Cunning is a trait that's very well respected in their society as it's a sign of a great leader. Being able to mimic techniques almost instantaneously can also be accounted for their intelligence. Even just hearing about how a technique is used is enough for a Eclipsed Saiyan to understand the basics of the technique.

Eclipsed Saiyans have often been known for their ability to forget something they don't find interesting to them while possessing a remarkable memory for the things they enjoy. This memory ability though is nothing in comparison to their Superior Saiyan counterpart. This ability is omnipresent, as it's around from even when they're newborns.

Diet

Eclipsed Saiyans are noted for having ravenous, and seemingly insatiable appetites, even for other Saiyan races. Due to their enormous strength and intense aura, the Saiyans' energy and nutritional intake requirements are a great deal higher than normal Saiyans. This heightened metabolism also benefits their physique, as, despite their gluttonous eating, it's much harder for Eclipsed Saiyans to grain unwanted weight. This high metabolism can be costly since if they don't consume enough their power with diminish.

With many Colossal-Fauna roaming around Planet Rewdesh it's no wonder that the Saiyans evolved to a more Carnivorous diet. As the caloric benefit of eating the Colossal-Fuana greatly outweighed that of the planets flora the Saiyans would become highly adaptive in metabolizing the meat of these creatures. Counter to this however the Saiyans would become nearly unable to properly breakdown the plants of their planet be they edible or not.

Aging, Lifespan, and Growth

Eclipsed Saiyans live extremely long, possessing a life span of roughly seven hundred years while maintaining their health, performance, and appearance. In terms of physical development, a Eclipsed Saiyan will hit full maturity at age 15-17, making them the fastest developing Saiyan race of any other. These Saiyan males can average out at heights of over seven feet tale while the females average out at six feet.

Reproduction

Eclipsed Saiyans have evolved so exponentially that they can no longer mate with Saiyans of the Superior branch of Saiyan. Scientist believing that they both evolved too drastically different for their biology to possibly produce a viable offspring. While they can't mate with Superior Saiyans it's believed that they can produce successful offspring with Modern Saiyans, Cerelians, and other humanoid races, but this has yet to be shown.

Eclipsed Saiyans, culturally take procreation very seriously and will even pull warrior-class Saiyans off the battlefield just to help their partner during the pregnancy. This builds a bond no other Saiyans race has been able to replicate.

Family

Eclipsed Saiyans take the idea of creating a family with the utmost importance, instilling their children with integral core beliefs. The only reason a Eclipsed Saiyan wouldn't be there for the child's childhood would be due to the fighting in the war. As a primarily Monogamous race Eclipsed Saiyans often mate for live with a single partner, developing a deep relationship with the person. The greatest example of familial bond is their respect for their ancestors.

Senses

Eclipsed Saiyans have such incredible heightened senses, some that can even hinder them in battle if not consciously suppressed. Possessing incredible hearing akin to a Namekian it's no wonder these senses can get in the way of a battle. They also possess adept night vision as well as being able to slightly detect infrared and ultraviolet light.

Transformations

These transformations are exclusive to the Eclipsed Saiyan lineage, and while many other classes of Saiyans may possess forms similar to these it would be important not to mistake these forms for another as the results could be disastrous.

Kikazaru

Main Article: Kikazaru

By utilizing their tails a Eclipsed Saiyan is able to access a unique branch of transformations, the first of these being Kikazaru; a great metamorphosis into a giant beast with tremendous power caused by looking at the moon, this trigger forces the Saiyan to grow incredibly in size as well as their strength while also drastically changing their appearance to that of an ape. In this state, a Saiyan will generally lose most if not all control of themselves, with their aggression reaching its peak, causing them to lost all rationality, relying more on their Primal Instinct. If they can learn to regain control while transformed they evolve further, attaining the Iwazaru transformation. Kikazaru, unlike it's Oozaru counter part possesses higher forms with even greater strength. Those being Ascended Kikazaru which possesses a multiplier of twenty and Transcended Kikazaru, which has an eighty times multiplier. If the tail's are removed in this form they lose is ability temporarily, however their healing factor compensates for this.

Mizaru

This form allows the user to access incredible strength but without the full-body transformation of Iwazaru, instead harnessing only a portion of Primal Ki. Mizaru, as only a partial transformation, doesn't differ too drastically from the users base form. The only two clear differences to the Saiyan is their eyes and aura, both of which vary from user to user. In the case of the aura however, their ki will take on a darker outer layer while retaining the users' standard Ki color within as its dominant color. Since this form is derived from moderate Primal Ki usage the form doesn't bulk up in any significant manner but rather becoming more defined in appearance and fortitude. Their height may also increase but not by any significant margin.

Iwazaru

Main Article: Iwazaru

This form is the result of regaining control after transforming into a Kikazaru. Eclipsed Saiyans will possess varieties of black fur and hair will increase in length dependent on the user. The eye color also varies from person to person but will always possess a black pupil in the center. This form condensed a Eclipsed Saiyan energy, making them 100-time stronger than they were in their base form. This form, like the Kikazaru before it has 2 additional known transformation after it. One being the Ascended Iwazaru form, which condenses there energy by 400 and the Transcendent Iwazaru form that possesses an astounding 6,400-times power condensation.

Shizaru

Main Article: Shizaru

This form is also gained after regaining control of their Kikazaru form. While this form holds the same initial multiplier as the normal Iwazaru form, the Shizaru form has the unique ability to control its absorption and condensation ability, making any further forms of this obsolete.

Fighting

Like all Saiyans, Eclipsed Saiyans have an inborn need to fight. Most Saiyans will spend their lives training to become stronger so that they can prove themselves in the war, hoping to one day take the position of General. Eclipsed Saiyans are frequently seen training and improving their fighting skills to keep up with each other's even if they aren't warrior-class. After battles, injured Saiyans are placed inside Medical Machines provided to them by their Superior Saiyan counterparts. The healed soldier can then immediately return to the battlefield.

Tail Fighting Styles

Zannini Nao

A fighting style in which their tails rap around their arms and used primarily for stronger physical attacks; Mainly used by Strength-Types and was first ever used by the first Eclipsed Saiyan, Kin, who used this fighting style to overwhelm his opponents in combat.

Burittsutēru

A fighting style where the warriors tails are used as extra arms in order to deliver more attacks with a shorter amount of time and mainly used by Speed-Types. It's unknown who invented this fighting style but it's the most used throughout the entirety of the Eclipsed Saiyan race.

Eisei Tēru

The warriors tails are used as miniature cannons in order to shoot highly condensed beams of energy from the ends; Mainly used by Energy-Types. This is an extremely difficult style to master as it requires one to both concentrates on combat but also gather energy within the tail, this style was devised by Gourrs, the son of Kin.

Protection

Eclipsed Saiyans are known to have three notable armor iterations: First Age, Old Age, and New Age, each reflecting a specific period in their history. The First Age armor was primarily constructed from the hides, skin, teeth, and claws of the Colossal Fauna inhabiting Planet Rewdesh during the time of their initial settlement. The Old Age armor was forged from the remains of Remnants, providing enhanced resistance to both magical and Ki-based attacks; however, following the revelation of the Remnants' true nature, the practice of creating Old Age armor was subsequently outlawed. The New Age armor is fabricated primarily using a unique metal, Katchin, which is supplied to them by the Superior Saiyans.

First Age

The very first iteration of armor, uniquely crafted by the Eclipsed Saiyans, represented a significant departure from their past lives on Planet Sadala. Weapon

The Eclipsed Saiyans utilize weaponry forged by specialized artisans known as Kingsmiths. These skilled craftsmen possess the ability to create a diverse array of armaments, but in contrast to conventional blacksmiths, they employ a unique material designated as Absoralium. This exceptionally rare metal does not inherently exhibit exceptional strength; however, it is distinguished by its remarkable capacity to absorb Ki. This unique property endows the weapons with two defining characteristics: durability that directly mirrors the wielder's power level and functionality restricted to the wielder, necessitating the infusion of their Ki to activate and operate the weapon. These specialized armaments are collectively referred to as Kodai. Although the vast majority of these weapons are the standard Ancillary Kodai, issued to the Eclipsed Saiyan military, various other types exist. True Kodai, representing an advanced iteration, are presented as ceremonial gifts to all Eclipsed Generals of the Eclipsed Company during their Ceremony of Advancement, and are mandated to be carried at all times. While individuals can potentially acquire them through purchase, only those belonging to higher-ranking clans can realistically afford them due to the inherent scarcity of Absoralium.

Transportation

Teleportation Units

Eclipsed Saiyans don't possess space-pods like their modern-day counterparts and instead use highly advanced teleportation units created and obtained from the Superior Saiyans through trading. Despite being highly sophisticated machinery it does have its limits in how many can be transported at a time. Another limitation being that individuals can only be transported between other teleportation units connected to the same network.

Scouting Ships

Small ships used to scout out unknown areas for potential danger, these are primarily use by the 2nd Division.

War Ships

Large battleships used to transport massive amounts of warrior to areas where Teleportation Units aren't stationed.

Healing

Eclipsed Saiyans, having been natural-born warriors are known to be resilient. When being exposed to high levels of Blutz Waves Radiation a Eclipsed Saiyan possesses the greatest healing factor out of all the Saiyan Races while possessing the weakest when not being exposed to Blutz Waves.

Evolution

After years of living on Planet Rewdesh, a genetic abnormality appeared in the existence of Kin. Kin, heir to the Kabocha Clan was born with two tails and is often referred to as the very first Eclipsed Saiyan as well as being the first Legendary Kikazaru. All Eclipsed Saiyans are descendants of Kin, as evident by their tails.
