Ruttsu Karera (ルッツ・カレラ) is the main character of Dragon Ball Alteration. He's a Saiyan-Tuffle Hybrid, created to end the war between the two races for good.
Appearance
Ruttsu's a fairly short and lean person with wildly spiky white hair that spreads out openly, similar to Dragon Ball Z's version of Broly. Ruttsu can often be seen wearing armor similar to that of the Freeza Force , however, these armors are created personally by Ruttsu himself. While living on Eros, he wore a heavily damaged Freeza Force Armor after escaping from the Planet Trade Organisation and later created his own variant of armor by stealing materials from the locals. Later, when he encounters Gohan he wears a spare Gi of Gohan's for a limited time before swapping it out for another armor.
Since escaping from the Planet Trade Organization, Ruttsu possesses deep red eyes rather than his once ocean blue shade. This is due to achieving his own variant of Super Saiyan and is believed to be caused by either his hybrid status or the experiments caused by his late mother. Ruttsu's hair remains the same shade of platinum white but seems more rigid than usual. Unlike any other typical Saiyan, Ruttsu doesn't possess the ability to revert back to his base form and is in a constant state of 'Super Saiyan'.
This trend seems to continue with higher levels of Super Saiyan as his own version of 'Super Saiyan 2' granting spikier hair, eerily deep red eyes, and a blue bio-electrical discharge. Unlike full-blooded Saiyans, Ruttsu doesn't gain a pronounced eyebrow ridge, nor does he get outrageously long hair when entering his version Super Saiyan 3, instead his eyes continue to deepen in coloration as his hair shortens and becomes more jagged. Ruttsu's bio-electricity oddly changes color as well, becoming crimson and often messes with electrical machinery within the vicinity.
Personality
Ruttsu is first shown to be a very bitter person and becomes easily irritated by people. Ruttsu is even shown to be something of a loner, straying away from the populace of the planet and only entering villages for supplies. Due to his Tuffle heritage, Ruttsu possesses immense intelligence which he uses to better his own life while on Eros. He also possesses an unending curiosity, which leads Ruttsu to ally himself with Gohan in the first place and is known for getting him into trouble. He's also known for taking calculated risks, both in a battle and in research, but prefers to plan to determine variables that might hinder his chances of success.
Ruttsu's very brutal in a battle and ends a fight rather quickly if the opponent doesn't interest him but drags out a fight to analyze his enemy if it does, this is due to his curious nature at heart. His specialty is creating inventions designed for battle and can often be seen entering a fight with a newly developed device to test out its effectiveness. These inventions can range from armor and weapons to even deadly poisons. His scientific expertise has come in handy many times both on and outside of the battlefield.
Despite wishing to know everything he possibly can, there is one thing he won't do no matter the circumstance, study his biology. This is due to a deeply rooted trauma he experienced when he was a kid and he never seemed to recover. Even when he lost the memories he never expressed a desire to study himself.
Biology
Ruttsu possesses a very peculiar body, of course, this should come as no surprise as he was engineered to be the perfect host for the being known as Baby. Through many experiments, both before and after his birth he was gifted with abilities never seen before. Thanks to being a Saiyan-Tuffle Hybrid he possesses S-Cells that all Saiyans possess, however, he behaves slightly differently than normal Saiyans as he is incapable of what's commonly known as a Zenkai Boost or rather the one that follows after surviving a near-death experience. Instead, his S-Cells grant him access to more reserves of power at a continuous and steady rate so long as his body is under strain. This fact isn't something to be overlooked as his body is in a constant state of strain due to always being in his Super Saiyan form.
The reasoning behind his constant state of transformation is thanks to another genetic anomaly present in his genome. This stems from being experimented on as a child rather than his hybrid status as a means to 'perfect' him for his bonding with Baby. This genetic ability has two traits, the first being capable of regulating his body when introduced to new phenomena and the second is his bizarre ability to exert his Ki as a type of Blutz Wave. The first trait had an unexpected downside of forcing Ruttsu to always be in his most powerful Super Saiyan state and the reasoning behind this is clear as no Tuffle had ever seen a Super Saiyan before and had no way of knowing of its existence. The second trait leads to another ability that he was born with thanks to possessing a tail.
When Ruttsu releases Ki it's exerted as Blutz Waves which slows down the leakage of Ki and grants him the ability to sense anyone with Ki around him in a sort of Echolocation-type sense. The reason this plays so well with his tail is that it constantly reabsorbs around 75% of that leaked Ki and any that returns when reflected off an individual with Ki. The Ki that gets reflected is energized by the individual it comes into contact with and through this, he's able to tell how powerful his opponent is. However, this doesn't work too well when it comes into contact with God Ki and results in him being unable to determine exactly how strong they are.
The energy that Ruttsu reabsorbs via his Tail is stored there rather than returning to his Ki reserves. This results in him building up another reserve of power that he has complete access to, though he doesn't realize how to access it until much later in his life. It should also be noted that he's incapable of absorbing any Blutz Waves that aren't released from his body. While he may not be able to absorb natural Blutz Waves, those who have the ability to absorb Blutz Waves have no problem absorbing his. This is detrimental at times as he's both incapable of sensing his opponent and his opponent is granted more energy by Ruttsu's very presence.
The last and possibly most powerful biological ability is his resistance or rather, inability to be possessed. This ability contradicts the very reason for his creation, being the host and therefore being possessed by Baby. During Ruttsu's last experiment, his S-Cells were encoded with a backdoor epigenetic that would trigger any time someone or something tried to take over his body. The epigenetic reaction is different depending on the type of possession he experiences. When Ruttsu is possessed by Baby many years later Baby has no control over Ruttsu at all. As a matter of fact, Ruttsu now has complete control over Baby while he's inside his body and is capable of entering a symbiosis with the parasite where both individuals benefit. Another of his possession negation is when anyone swaps bodies with him. While his body may be incapable of stopping the swap itself it does possess a type of lockdown procedure when a mind that isn't his tries to operate it. This results in the body entering hibernation until Ruttsu's mind is returned to his rightful body until then the possessor has no way of defending themselves, which may be seen as an oversight.
Battles & Events
Ruttsu vs Salza
One of the first real battles outside of his "Combat Training" was during his escape from the Planet Trade Organization. After defeating many Tuffle Soldiers, Ruttsu encountered Salza. As they engaged in combat it was clear that Salza not only possesses greater power but also a higher level of combat experience. It was during this battle that the Tuffle Princess would inject Ruttsu with a gene altering serum, one designed to ensure he would no longer be susceptible to Baby's possession ability. However, due to the years of experiments Ruttsu's body had a sudden and destructive reaction. The serum become Ruttsu's catalyst, the final push he needed to break past his limits into Super Saiyan. In becoming a Super Saiyan Ruttsu finally possessed enough strength to overcome Salza, defeating him before finally escaping to the Lost Planet of Eros.
During this time the main ship housing most of the remaining Tuffles perished with only Salza surviving its decimation, however, before the complete destruction of the ship Salza would become host to the Neo Machine Mutant, Baby. He would soon be recovered by the rest of Cooler's Armored Squadron, and from this point on baby would begin his silent takeover of Coolers Forces.
Arrival on Eros
Upon crash landing on Eros, Ruttsu would lose most of his memories, remembering only his name and the fact that he's a Saiyan. After sometime he was able to establish a base were he could repair his armor. While he didn't quite know why his Tuffel instincts to learn and understand pushed him to create a number of inventions, many centering around battle as he also aimed to improve his combat ability as well. It was because of his frightening strength that he would be ostracized by the Erosians, forcing him to steal and forage to survive. Despite this he was able to make an acquaintance, a local who had been attacked by a gang whom Ruttsu saved. While it started off on rocky terms they were able to benefit from one another. Ruttsu would teach the young boy how to fight and the Erosian would supply him with materials he couldn't easily obtain. The funds needed to procure these materials would be made by selling a number of Ruttsu's inventions on the black market.
Power
Tuffle Training Arc
During this time Ruttsu underwent a number of training exercises. From endurance to combative training Ruttsu was physically pushed beyond his limits at almost every waking hour. In one of the most gruesome combat drills the Tuffle soldiers were ordered to fight with lethal intent as they were authorized to use Ki Blasters against the young hybrid. The situation was used to emulate an endless battle, whenever a soldier would fall in battle another would enter the fray.
The idea was to see how far Ruttsu could be pushed before fainting from exhaustion, however, despite this, Ruttsu's stamina didn't wane as bodies of seriously wounded soldiers continued to pile up. In the end the experiment was put on hold as Ruttsu sat atop a mountain os, waiting for more to arrive.
During this time Ruttsu's power increased from 3,500 to just under 7,000 in the 24 hr span of the experiment.
Escape from the Planet Trade Organization Arc
At the end of this arc Ruttsu encounters Salza, the leader of Coolers' Armored Squadron. In this fight, its stated that Salza's power level of 170,000, easily outclasses Ruttsu's power level of only 7,000. However, in this confrontation Ruttsu unlocks the power of Super Saiyan, turning the tables in his favor. Since Altered Super Saiyan has the same multiple as its modern counterpart Ruttsu's battle power jumped from 7,000 to 350,000. Ruttsu, despite the difference in skill and experience, was able to get a win over the high ranking soldier.
Battle of Gods Arc
Ruttsu's power, when first introduced was slightly greater than Gohan (Alteration) in his Super Saiyan state after his battle with the Neolithic King. Shortly after their meeting, Ruttsu ascended once again and gained his Altered Super Saiyan 2 state, becoming twice as powerful and once again stronger than Gohan. With this newly found power, he and Gohan would defeat the Kantana Zorros - Shadow Dragon of Time. As a result they were able to free the isolated world of Eros and all of their inhabitants. Due to Ruttsu's inability to experience a Zenkai Boost after surviving serious injuries, Gohan once again became the strongest of the two. Ruttsu and Gohan would go their separate ways as Gohan headed to Earth to continue his Guardian training under the teachings of Dende and Ruttsu headed out on a mission to destroy the remainder of the Frieza Force.
During the time he spent ridding the universe of the Frieza Force, he experienced an additional transformation, Altered Super Saiyan 3. In this state he possesses power greater than even Goku did the Buu Saga and after sometime was even able to adapt the form to enable greater stamina than any Super Saiyan 3 user prior, though this is mainly attributed to his biology.
Later in his battle against Lord Beerus Ruttsu would gain access to his Altered Divine Super Saiyan state, a form capable of rivaling Gohan in Super Saiyan God. While not limited in the same way as Super Saiyan God Ruttsu was unable to withstand the dense Ki withdraw and subsequently dropped out of the form, returning back into his Altered Super Saiyan 3 state. Even together Gohan and Ruttsu couldn't defeat the God of Destruction but thanks to Lord Beerus learning something interesting, he decided to return back without destroying Earth.
Fighting Mentality & Style
Ruttsu possesses two distinctly different fighting mentalities when facing an opponent. If the adversary doesn't interest him he will simply kill or incapacitate his enemy before the battle extends for too long, but if the opponent does pique his interest then he will use his insane amount of stamina in order to prolong the fight for as long as possible which gives him the time to analyze his enemies fighting potential. The moment he accomplishes this he will almost instantaneously lose interest in the person and end the fight just as quickly. One of Ruttsu's weaknesses is that he'll become fixated on the person he finds interest in ,gaining a form of tunnel vision, which leaves him open to attacks by others. Unless this surprise attack knocks Ruttsu out he will quickly incapacitate that person or even kill them in order to get back to observing the object of his interests.

Abilities
Altered Super Saiyan
The "Altered Super Saiyan" state is a form exclusive to Ruttsu alone and has been seen as replacing his base form. At the young age of 4 years, Ruttsu achieved this state during his escape from the Planet Trade Organization. This part of his life was forgotten for a large amount of his life due to the trauma of the experience and the effects of the The Shadow Dragon of Time. Ruttsu's power once achieving this form increases fifty fold similar to a standard Super Saiyan. However, this form is distinctly different from its regular counterpart as it changes his eye color to red rather than teal and his hair to white rather than gold.
As this form became a permanent upgrade to power he didn't suffer any stamina problems, but it did affect his temper and cognitive abilities for the first few months after achieving this form. The same can be said about the upgraded versions of this form.
Altered Super Saiyan 2
Similar to the previous form this state is recognized as his new base form once entering it. Ruttsu acquired this form during his fight with Kantana Zorros (The Shadow Dragon of Time) alongside Gohan and the young age of ten. His power and all other abilities increased by a factor of 2 from the previous form. His appearance also changes subtly as his eyes become a deeper shade of red and his hair becomes spikier and shorted than before. While he doesn't possess a proper aura he does gain lightning in this form, however, they only seem to appear when he exerts himself fully in battle.
Altered Super Saiyan 3
Once again, the moment this form is achieved Ruttsu can no longer revert to his previous stages. It's unknown when he achieved this form but happened between the 'Cell Saga' and the 'Central Galaxy Saga'. His power becomes 4 times as powerful as before but unlike any other Super Saiyan 3 user, Ruttsu's hair doesn't extend by a drastic number nor does his eyebrows disappear. Ruttsu gains an odd red-colored bio-electrical field that is known to disrupt electrical equipment if not kept in check.
Altered Divine Super Saiyan
Altered Divine Super Saiyan
Ruttsu is the only known user of this variant of Divine Super Saiyan. At the time of its acquisition this was the only form he could "drop out of". The reasoning behind this being that Ruttsu's body is unable to properly manage the energy of this transformation, granting him the ability to switch in and out rather than forever remaining in this form. This new form was powerful enough to rival the power of a Super Saiyan God but in a battle against Lord Beerus this meant very little. Initially, this form was very taxing on Ruttsu due to the fact he never experienced a form that didn't subsequently become his base form. However, this soon passed as he trained to lessen the effects on his body.
This form, in practice, is oddly similar to the Super Saiyan God state as both forms utilize a alternate version of Ki. Contrary to the name it's given, 'Divine Super Saiyan' doesn't possess God Ki in the slightest and instead allows access to a denser well of Ki that exists below the surface of his normal Ki. This form physically appears completely different from his regular Altered Super Saiyan states with the exception of his platinum-colored hair. His hair no longer sustains its normally outward style and instead becomes wilder, lengthening substantially as it reaches just above the center of his back. Ruttsu also gains blue eyes similar to the ones he possessed as a child.
When people are in the presence of Ruttsu as he's in this form they can still sense his Ki but it's accompanied by a wave of pressure as the god forms do. Unlike the ordinary Divine Super Saiyan state, this altered one is substantially stronger due to Ruttsu's "base power" being his Altered Super Saiyan 3 state. Thanks to this shift of power its able rivals the likes of Super Saiyan God.
Type Magnis
Type Magnis
This variant of Divine Super Saiyan is the result of Ruttsu fusing his Hidden Reserves, with the remnants of his Dense Ki that had dwindled due to overuse. By fusing these two sources of power together he achieved a new transformation, Divine Super Saiyan: Type Magnis. This new form radiated power in an entirely new way never experienced before, technically this form generated an aura but rather than a visible expulsion of Ki like normal Super Saiyan forms this state possesses an Omni-directional field around him that attracts nearby Blutz Waves that gives those around them the impression of an Aura. However, due to Ruttsu fusing his Ki with his Hidden Reserves, he no longer possesses Reserves Unleashed as his Hidden Reserves were the power source for this form.
Similar to the original Divine Super Saiyan this form can't be harmed by conventional Ki and can only be rivaled by Godly and/or Dense Ki thanks to the Magnis field around the user but now this field has been drastically upgraded to the point that if a normal person with normal Ki were to stand within the radius of the Magnis field their Ki could be disassembled into their purest energy. This energy is then absorbed by the Ruttsu via his tail as a means of regaining his reserves Unleashed state. This form once attained resulted in the Ruttsu Magnis field being amped even in Assj3 which helps to negate a certain amount of Ki attacks, additionally due to this field it's now become easier to access his Rai-Ken forms.
Reserves Unleashed
Reserves Unleashed
This particular form shares a variety of traits similar to other Saiyan forms such as Super Saiyan 4 and Potential Unleashed. Reserves Unleashed, similar to Super Saiyan 4 is highly dependent on the user's tail but for different reasons. Super Saiyan 4 utilized its' tail to absorb Blutz Waves to increase the users' power were as Reserves Unleashed uses its' tail as a location to store unused Ki for later usage and this form is acquired when the body demands the Ki reserves in its entirety..... more to be added later ;)
Voided God
Voided God
A variant of Super Saiyan God born from the improper execution of the Super Saiyan God Ritual. Due to this Ruttsu was unable to attain the natural form and instead gained this weakened version. This form has several drawbacks not seen in the natural Super Saiyan God form. However, after a number of events he's able to subside most of these drawbacks.
Arc Force
By achieving Ki Composition Comprehension and using Subatomic Ki Manipulation Ruttsu invented a new technique that allowed him to manipulate a third of his potential Ki by separating that energy. When doing this he's able to draw upon a third of that energy and bring it forth which results in a sub-transformation. Thanks to this he invented two different forms under this principle, Shiroi Raiken, and Kuro Raiken.
Shiroi Raiken
This state is the result of his drawing upon one of the three fundamental energies of Ki, Shōki. This places immense strain upon the user's mind and has been known to damage his mental health, however, with enough mental capability, this can be overcome. Ruttsu replaces his red lightning with black lightning and his eyes also seem to darken in color as well.
This subform is known for its immense speed however this isn't the only benefit as Ruttsu is capable of thinking many times faster than before. While the increase in strength and defense trumps the power of his Altered Super Saiyan 3 state by a vast amount this increase is nothing in comparison to its speed and increased mental cognition.
Kuro Raiken
This state draws upon Genki and can be seen as the complete opposite of the Shiroi Raiken form. This form places immense strain upon the body of the user, though hasn't shown any negative effect on his health due to biology. Ruttsu replaces his red lightning with white lightning, gains immense muscle mass and his eyes lighten in color as well.
This subform is, once again, the complete opposite of the Shiroi Raiken form, possessing immense strength, defense, and speed through the latter of which isn't increased to the degree of strength and defense. This form is very reminiscent of the Powerhouse / Grade 3 Super Saiyan state however that form doesn't increase the speed at all whereas Kuro-Raiken does indeed increase speed as well just not to the degree of both strength and defense.
- Afterimage Technique - The ability to move swiftly enough that an image of its user is left behind.
- Flight - The ability to fly with the use of ki.
- Echo-Ki Sensory - Ruttsu can sense the ki of other people by the way his body leaks Ki. Unlike normal individuals who leak Ki that's held within their body, Ruttsu's body slows down this process substantially and results in Ki that is more reminiscent of Blutz Waves rather than Ki. These Blutz-like waves are then sent out of his body and will reflect to Ruttsu once he comes into contact with another individual's body. These waves are then re-absorbed through his tail and send signals to his brain, indicating that an individual is present.
- Heightened Ki Sense - After achieving his altered Divine Super Saiyan state Ruttsu is now able to sense the well of Ki hidden below a person's 'lighter' Ki. This ability doesn't grant him the ability to sense Godly Ki and will only seem like pressure to Ruttsu.
- Magnis Field Detection - The ability to see the person's Magnis Field, which can be used to measure a person's Ki Supplies whether or not they release their Ki or not
- Unique Saiyan Power - Due to either his hybrid status or his genome being tampered with at a young age Ruttsu possesses a genetic trait that almost constantly increases his power as he's always in his 'Super Saiyan' form. Bizarrely, Ruttsu doesn't gain any power boost from near-fatal injuries like most Saiyans as a consequence of this.
- Absolute Ki Regulation - Ruttsu's body seems to be in a constant state of low Ki usage. This regulator response is thought to come from always being in a state of Super Saiyan and is there to ensure that his life span isn't drastically shortened.
- Ki Composition Comprehension - The understanding that Ki isn't a single energy but rather the culmination of three separate energies: Genki - Yūki - Shōki
- Augmented Ki Control - The ability to go beyond what is normally capable of standard Ki users, comparable to the technique Spirit Control
- Subatomic Ki Manipulation - The ability to manipulate the separate energies that makeup Ki and use them in unique ways

- Tuffle-ization Resistance - Due to being part Tuffle himself Ruttsu possesses resistance to being taken over by Neo Machine Mutants and is capable of keeping the parasite within himself until he no longer wants to.
- Symbiosis - By coming to an agreement Ruttsu entered a symbiotic relationship with the Tuffle Parasite known as Baby. This cooperation resulted in Ruttsu gaining access to the vast amounts of Ki Baby had gathered as well as no longer needing to consciously determine how he uses his Ki as Baby took on that role.
Tuffle Symbiosis
- Possession Nullification - When bonded with Baby, Ruttsu is impervious to possession, be it biologically or through magical means.
- Regeneration - When bonded, Baby takes care of Ruttsu's body and is capable of accelerating his healing process or he can use his cells to regrow dismembered or destroyed body parts and replace them.
- Revelation - A technique that used an opponent's Ki to pinpoint their location and track them anywhere in the universe
- Dimensional Blade - By using the Ki obtained from their opponent they can use that to rip a tear in space-time to that person's location.
- God-Like Sword Art - By directing his unused God Ki into his Kodai Ruttsu enters a state similar to Saiyan beyond God. To properly use this technique, Ruttsu must remain in his Altered Super Saiyan 3 state and require time to initiate it. This is extremely taxing and forces immense strain on Ruttsu's body and mind. Eventually, Ruttsu's body will sub-consciously cut off his connection to God Ki, making it similar to the ritually acquired Super Saiyan God form.
Grace Fallen
- Grace Fallen - By imbuing his Kodai with Godly Ki and forcing it to vibrate faster than the eye can see Ruttsu gains an unexpected ability to sever a God Ki user from their God Ki, the technique doesn't physically wound them however that would be the least of their worries. Once their connection is severed they're forced to re-establish the connection from the very beginning. This ability can't be used more than once on an opponent.
- Triple Point - A technique used exclusively in the God-Like Sword Art state. This ability is activated by Ruttsu using all 3 forms of his Ki at once: Mortal Ki, God Ki, and Dense Ki. While normally impossible to use God Ki and Dense Ki alongside one another due to their tendency to hyper-react to each other's presence, Ruttsu can do so by channeling God-Ki on the right side of his body and Dense Ki on the left, being kept separated by the use of his mortal Ki, which acts as a barrier. As mentioned earlier, when Dense Ki and God Ki interact a violent reaction occurs, knowing this Ruttsu uses it to his advantage in battle. Using the same principle to keep the energies separate within his body he's able to do the same with Ki attacks. He achieves this by creating a small amount of Dense Ki which he surrounds with a thin layer of normal Ki, outside of this it's coated by a thick layer of God Ki. Upon impact the balance of these energies collapses, allowing the hyper-reaction between dense and god ki to take place in an instant, causing severe damage.
- Divine Revelation - A divine technique that used an opponent's Ki to pinpoint their location and track them anywhere in the multiverse
- Divine Dimensional Blade - The divine variant of Dimensional Blade that utilizes the Ki obtained from their opponent to tear an opening in space-time to that person's location, anywhere in the multiverse.
Voided God's Raging Strike
- Voided Gods' Raging Strike - After instilling his fist with the flames of his Voided God form Ruttsu strikes his opponent in the center of their being, dealing damage across their physical body and disrupting their Ki. This move works best against divine and demonic beings.
- Ki Blast - The most basic form of energy wave.
- Black Ash- Ruttsu's most frequently used attack beam, This attack is charged similarly to that of the Light Grenade yet fires as a bean rather than a sphere.
- Lightning Arc Flash - A technique developed by Ruttsu and executed in his Ark Force state. This technique requires build-up time as Ruttsu concentrates immense potential energy within his body, which is then released in a breath's amount of time. This is delivered by placing both hands on his opponent which forces his bio-electricity through them dealing immense damage to the recipient. Due to this technique's requirement for high concentration, Ruttsu is likely to drop out of his Ark Force state almost immediately after.
- Ki Gun Zero - An attack created by Ruttsu which utilizes the lightning aura of his assj3 transformation. First, he charges a miniature ki sphere at the end of his index finger in a gun-like fashion, then he directs the lightning of his aura directly into his hand. The moment all of the lightning Is concentrated in his hand the ki sphere fires at an intense velocity.
- Ki Locking - It's an ability used when in the Type Magnus form which is capable of locking their opponent's Ki at a set power level, this makes it a battle of fighting technique rather than power. Ideally, it's used before the battle commences but can be used whenever the user and opponent possess the same power level, of course, this means that his power is also set to a certain level. There are a lot of requirements for this ability though as the opponent must possess impure Ki of some kind and I don't mean by evil but Ki that's been contaminated by another energy source. This ability stems from the form's Omni-directional Magnis field and can be used on the opponent thanks to the impurities in the Ki. This ability can fail in one of three ways; the user de-transforms, the opponent gains energy from an exterior power source, the opponent loses those impurities that this technique depends on
- Ki Dissemination and Absorption - After attaining Divine Super Saiyan: Type Magnis, Ruttsu gained an ability that disassembled the Ki of anyone weaker than him within a certain radius. After the Ki has been stripped away to its simplest forms of energy it begins to direct itself toward Ruttsu. Once reaching Ruttsu, his tail will begin absorbing all the energy of his opponent. The speed at which the Ki breaks down varies, however, the moment the energy reaches Ruttsu it's absorbed instantly. However, this ability doesn't work for God Ki as the fundamentals and power behind this type of Ki go beyond what Type Magnis can disassemble.
- Reality Anchoring - Due to his status as a Pillar of LAW, Ruttsu is immune to reality-altering abilities.
- Aura Subjugation - A variant of God Bind used by Ruttsu in his Voided God form to restrain his opponent while also lowering that person's level of God Ki.
- Call of Void - A psychological attack administered by coming in to contact with Ruttsu's Aura while he's in his Voided God state. Call of Void will render anyone who comes into contact with his aura a sense of hopelessness and becomes easily subjected to anything someone has to say, so long as they're weaker than himself.
Conquer
- Conquer - The ability to not only resist the Power of Destruction but impose one's will upon it. This can only be used against beings who's divine ordainment is weaker than himself.
Ruttsu can be seen wearing armor at nearly all times and refuses to wear anything he himself didn't create. Ruttsu can be seen most often within his lab creating something or upgrading an invention he's already created such as his armors. Similar to Iron Man of the DC comics, Ruttsu possesses many and distinctly different armors for different situations. Despite creating a multitude of armors this isn't the only scientific interest he possesses and has in fact created plenty of different inventions as well.
Inventions/Items
- Kodai - An Ōdachi mainly crafted from Absoralium Metal; this Sword possesses many mysterious traits and has been known to be a key factor in Ruttsu's most extreme techniques
- Relic Armor - This armor was created from the broken pieces of his first armor stolen during his escape from the Freiza Force
- High Ki Resilience Armor - Possesses a high resilience to any Ki infused attack; possesses low physical resistance
High Physical Resilience Armor
- Runic Enhancement - Enhanced by the use of magic
- High Physical Resilience Armor - Designed for powerful blunt physical attacks; provided low resistance to Ki attacks
- Runic Enhancement - Enhanced by the use of magic
- Mimicry Armor - Mimics the durability of the wearer by absorbing some of their Ki; provides little protection once the user's durability reaches zero; Created from Primal Saiyans Absoralium
- Ki Absorption Armor - Absorbs Ki and stores it away for later use; used to both absorb an enemies Ki to cancel it out and as a backup Ki supply
- Absoralium-Katchin Armor - An armor created that combines the properties of both Mimicry Armor and Ki Absorption Armor but is slower in both processes when compared to the individual armors.
- Ki Undesification Armor - Armor created with the distinct intention of negating Godly Ki; Also affects his Divine Super Saiyan form; Doesn't affect normal Ki
- Self-Improvement Armorr - Armor adapts independently of the wearer to nearly any situation; Has trouble adapting to more than one attack at a time
- Stealth Armor - Disrupts Ki Sensing ability; applies both ways
Casual Armor
- Casual Armor - Armor with the most basic defense of all the armor but this defense applies to all kinds of attacks, be they magical, physical, or even Ki-related. This armor is worn the most often with the Absoralium-Katchin Armor stored hidden away within the Absoralium-Nano Fibers of the spandex-like under armor.
- Blutz Waves Disrupter- Large machine created to disrupt Blutz Waves of an entire planet with a size equal to Earth; Requires a lot of energy
- Portable Blutz Waves Disrupter - Handheld device intended to disrupt the properties of Blutz Waves; only affects a local area
- Observation Bots - Robotic cameras used to record events
- Planetary Observation Bots - Robotic cameras used to observe the important event on a planet
- Universal Observation Bots - Robotic Camera sent around Universe 7 to record important events
- Multiversal Pager - A device created to contact the warrior Satsumo no matter where in the multiverse.

- Potara Earing (Left) - An item originally belonging to the Supreme Kai of Satsumo's Universe. Capable of stabilizing the energy of the wearer and, in some cases, even be used two fuse two warriors together as is the case for Ruttsu and Satsumo.
