Mystic Ki isn't ki, or isn't entirely made up of ki. It is an energy that takes over a millennium to fully master. It is basically every single form of energy laced with Omnipotent Light.
How to Obtain[]
The user must have Godly Ki or have access to it. They must train while using this Godly Ki in Chamber at the Bottom of Hydra's Castle. Training here for 3 years will equal about 2 billion years of training and aging. Their first energy will slowly transform into Mystic Ki during their training.
Appearance and Aura[]
The color of the energy can be fully controlled. If the user powers up, the aura will be a raging neon aura with occasional lightning surrounding it. Ki blasts and attacks have a neon light sort of vibe because they leave a trail and is constantly shining and moving.
