The Saiyan Cerberus is a dangerous and an extremely powerful saiyan. A fusion between four powerful saiyans by the names of Burst, Cumber, Xicor and Rycon. Burst; the son of Cheelai and an alternate version of DBS Broly, one where he a demon-god and fragment of a higher god representing his wrath, Burst is also a demon prince owning his own infinite section of hell and a retired Time Patroller. Cumber; an ancient saiyan, in his timeline he killed the Super Saiyan God; Yamoshi, and eventually was taken by Fu and used in for his plans, but was taken away by Burst in his last days as a patroller. Xicor, the younger brother of Frieza, the son of Son Goku and the West Supreme Kai, originally he went to earth and tried to kill everyone there and take over, however Burst, now a retired Time Patroller, came to him before that happened and showed him what this path would lead to along with showing what Goku is truly like and what would really want, this action caused Xicor to no longer side with his mother causing to try and attack the two but Burst locked her in a pocket dimension, with nowhere to go Xicor joined with Burst and Cumber. Finally Rycon, Rycon had believed the saiyans, especially Goku and Vegeta were cowards and had failed to stand up to Frieza's rule and serving him eventually leading to their destruction. This led to Rycon confronting Goku, post Battle of Gods, in a fight to the death, however when Burst showed up, he'd physically show Rycon the state of Planet Vegeta, how they did try to fight back, but they weren't strong enough, and how Goku was sent off-world and even killed Frieza. This act lead to Rycon no longer wishing to confront Goku, but he still wanted to fight something. The four of them grew close as friends and allies, even closer between Cumber and Burst, all living on Planet Akeem. However while The Saiyan Cerberus may share qualities of the four saiyans, physically and emotionally and personality wise, he his far different than his counterparts.
History[]
The Saiyan Cerberus came to be when Shapeless Ones, darkness that don't have a distinct shape, size or features, attacked Planet Akeem. Burst, Cumber, Xicor and Rycon did everything they could to defend the place, but there were too many Shapeless Ones, too many than normal by Burst's standard's of knowing these creatures and the dark master they serve, even more when they came when Citrus was born. Soon larger and stronger Shapeless Ones started to show up, some of them were specifically made to pin down and attack Burst since he was the strongest of the four saiyans, and soon the others began to get pinned down too, and were about to be executed. Not wanting the planet to be overtaken by darkness and his friends and possessed, Burst gathered a lot Ki and shot a beam in the air that was able to disrupt the Shapeless One's grips and spread energy across the battlefield, while the others thought it was a chance to attack, it wasn't, they were all pulled inward together, including Burst, by the spread out ki imploding in, condensing their bodies until they were just streaks of energy swirling into one in a bright flash of light, and before the Shapeless Ones could even react, they were all struck down by a orange beam that bent and weaved through each Shapeless Ones with sharp accuracy and precision, even avoiding nearby Akeemians that Shapeless Ones got too close to. The Shapeless Ones, from that fatal attack, faded in pools of shadow, then into nothingness as the energy from the beam dissipated revealing to be a red dragon-like tail, with orange spines and a orange-gold underside. The trail retreated back to it's owner and when looking to see the origin of where the tail came from, all the Akeemians saw was this being, though a nude one as his tail hung lazily behind and in between his legs. He was saiyan made from four different saiyans of four different eras, with all different sets of power. He stared at his body, his face showing a mix of emotions such as confusion, interest, curiosity, but then a smirk appeared on his face, a new emotion forming, ecstatic. Black energy swirled around his lower parts forming black gi pants that covered everything except his dragon-like tail and his feet, and with that, he flew off in unimaginable speeds.
The Saiyan Cerberus, thanks to his knowledge of the Time Patrol from Burst, was able to find a Timeline, a DBS variant, that wasn't under the watchful eyes of the Time Nest of any version of the time patrol. This timeline would be the testing grounds of The Saiyan Cerberus' capabilities, he knew he was powerful, but not only did he want to know how powerful, he wanted to see how well others could keep up if they were on equal grounds with him. He barged into Zeno's palace and instantly killed Zeno, his Guards and the Grand Priest, not wanting them to interfere with his plan. The Saiyan Cerberus sat down on the now vacant thrown of the Omni King and began concentrating his energy, The Saiyan Cerberus summoned part of his ki aura around his hand, just to get an idea of what it looked liked, after all one of his counterparts, Cumber, has an aura so malicious and evil it's able to corrupt beings pure of heart, Rycon, a mutant among Saiyans, and the two had otherworldly DNA mixed in their saiyan blood. When his aura appeared, it was, odd... While it looked, fairly normal in color as it's an internal white, like Saiyan Beyond God's aura, but the inner edge of the aura was a royal purple with the outer rim of the aura us a pale jade green. Cerberus spread is aura and energy across the multiverse, increasing and trapping everyone in it, a dimension under his control, he let down the spatial barriers of each universe and the living and the dead and eroded ever planet in the multiverse, but still made sure the beings who lived on those planets were still alive. Using telepathy, The Saiyan Cerberus contacted every mind in the multiverse telling them what is happen and what will happen;
"The Omni Kings, The Grand Priest and Guards of Zeno are dead. You are all here and still alive to be my challenger, not challengers, challenger. This is a all out Battle Royal not against universes, like in the Tournament of Power, but against everyone that isn't yourself, but unlike the tournament, you are allowed to kill anyone you like. You see as of right now, everyone is receiving a bit of my unique power, growing stronger by the second and maybe causing some mutations and new transformations and abilities for some of you. Of course you can become even stronger in others ways, either by doing whatever it is you normally do to get stronger, or by killing someone else. When you die after you've been killed, all the power you had and gain will be transferred over to the person who killed you, but on the off chance your death is self inflicted, then the person closest to you will receive that power oh and your soul will be erased, except for those who were already in the Afterlife, you get a second, and last, chance. This game ends when only one person is left standing, and they will face off against me, and be warned, trying to face me early on will result in instant death, well- erasure in this case. Have fun, and please get strong as possible, I wanna make sure the battle I have feels like my last."
Majority of this battle royal tournament, The Saiyan Cerberus was just sitting idly by on one of the Zenos', now empty throne. After a few years, or however long that lasted, time was all the same to him, the unexpected by all, but expected by The Saiyan Cerberus, winner emerged victorious in the "tournament" Son Goku, complete with all the power in the multiverse and perfected mastery of Ultra Instinct. Before they fought, Goku asked why The Saiyan Cerberus had done this? What was the reason?
"To satisfy my saiyan blood. I can quell my pride, my hunger, but I can barely quell my lust for battle, to fight stronger opponents, to search for the thrill of the fight. I knew I couldn't just fight you all normally, I had to 'ripen' you all up till one of you was ready for me." As The Saiyan Cerberus spoke, Goku clenched his fists more and more and shouted out. "So what! I love to fight strong opponents too, sometimes I did put other people in harms way, but I'd never directly be responsible for the countless and senseless slaughter and bloodshed you caused here! Do you plan to just die and call it a day once you found your perfect fighting partner?!" The Saiyan Cerberus merely smirked. "I don't plan on dying any time soon, if someone bests me in battle, in the fun way at least, then I shall train with them and fight them until I'm satisfied, and if it means tearing about time and space to create or get that perfect warrior, so be it."
That was enough, Goku closed the gap between himself and The Saiyan Cerberus as he threw his fists at him, but he only crashed against the Zenos' thrones, turning them to dust as The Saiyan Cerberus jumped out of the way in an instant with a grimace.

Being a fusion, Cerberus' face has the some qualities of his counterparts, if someone were to hold a picture of the four and compare them to Cerberus they'd see just a little it of each saiyan in Cerberus' facial structure, his skin tone is a nice medium blend of his counterparts' too. Like a majority of saiyans, Cerberus has black eyes and black spikey hair, his hair reaches down to his shoulder blades, though he does have a streak of white hair, reminiscent of his Xicor counterpart. Cerberus doesn't have on or wear a shirt, leaving his pecs and abs visible, his only clothing item is his black gi pants he made himself. Finally, Cerberus wears four thick, metal, cuffs with two on his wrists and two on his ankles.
From his Burst side, Cerberus is able to sprout large black demonic wings from back and two large, thick black horns from the side of his head, and his eyes are able to go jet black, apart from his irises sometimes.
Majority of the time, Cerberus has a tail that's demonic in nature, it has red scales, with a golden orange under belly and has orange spines that get smaller at the tip of the tail, and larger at it's base. However to sometimes appear normal to other saiyans, Cerberus' tail will look like a standard, long, brown, furry, saiyan tail. In rare times he won't even have his tail at all.

Saiyan Physiology[]
Being a Saiyan himself, Cerberus possesses all of the natural traits of a saiyan, easy access to energy manipulation, superhuman to unnatural strength, speed, agility, durability and endurance. Cerberus is highly intelligent for a saiyan, while he does have his rare moments of airheaded-ness, he's extremely smart both in and out of battle. While his battle intelligence comes from his saiyan biology, his actual intelligence comes from Burst, and Rycon due to them working, using and learning around technologies. Cereberus does possess great hunger like a saiyan, even more since he's four saiyans, but because of Burst's demonic-god saiyan biology, eating becomes a want rather than a desire, even if he did desire to eat excessively he'd learn to suppress and quell it. Great Ape Cerberus[]
- Great Ape Cerberus is a form Cerberus doesn't use often, if at all. It's an unholy sized version of Great Ape that only Cerberus can use, as he's able to generate Blutz Waves from his body, enough for only him to use and allowing him to transform into a Great Ape, an Oozaru. However instead the usual giant monkey, Cerberus Oozaru form would transform larger and larger, greater than the size of multiverses, not only that in this form, Cerberus would grow two additional Oozaru heads next to his own red eyes and all, and his tail would become silver scaled and grow into a large snake with crimson eyes. In this form Cerberus is still able to retain control over himself and his actions, and surprisingly, despite his macrocosmic size Cerberus in his Oozaru form is still fast, in fact, even faster. Cerberus version of the Oozaru gives his base form a multiplier of 40, Base X 40.
- Golden Great Ape Cerberus: Much like how some Great Apes can turn Super Saiyan in their Oozaru forms, so can Cerberus in his. His brown fur into the Super Saiyan's yellow, his silver scaled snake-tail becoming golden scaled. This X50 boost to the already X40 boost Oozaru Cerberus form makes Cerberus faster, stronger, and more dangerous, in other words Base X 2,000.
Ikari/Wrathful Cerberus[]
- Inherited by his father on Burst's side, and learned to be used by his Rycon and Cumber side, Cerberus has access to the Wrathful/Ikari state, albeit it does have some slight differences due to his own Oozaru form being complete different than many. While Cerberus' muscles slightly bulk up, and his irises do become a greenish-yellow, his pupils are crimson red like a Great Ape's eyes. Since this form is still the Great Ape but just in human form it still has a multiplier of 40; Base X 40.
- Super Wrathful Cerberus: Much like how Cerberus can turn into his version of the Golden Great Ape, he also can turn Wrathful and use the Super Saiyan transformation stacked on top of it. Besides Cerberus' hair spiking up and turning yellow for Super Saiyan, the real difference is his eyes, as the whites of Cerberus' eyes become red, his irises remain yellow, but his pupils are now teal. Super Saiyan[]
- Cerberus has access to Super Saiyan, a transformation that spikes up his hair and turns it blond and makes his the irises and pupils of his eyes teal, with the white streak becomes blue. From his fusees, only Rycon and Cumber have an actually normal Super Saiyan, meanwhile because of Burst's and Xicor's hybrid nature, one being a Divine-Saiyan the other a Divine-Demonic Saiyan, Cerberus' Super Saiyan is slightly different in terms of Ki signature. This is because Burst can control his otherworldly powers from integrating into his forms making his Super Saiyan normal, but Xicor doesn't know how to do that yet. But because he's part Burst, Cerberus is able to not integrate Xicor's and Burst's unique energies into the Super Saiyan form making the hair all yellow. Like all normal Super Saiyan forms, this gives Cerberus a X50 boost from his base form. Base X 50.
- Evil Super Saiyan: Evil Super Saiyan is a form Cerberus owns from his Cumber side. By tapping into the evil that still exists in Cumber's, Burst, Rycon, Xicor and even himself, Cerberus is able to access the Evil Aura and the powers that comes with it and go Super Saiyan with it. Cerberus doesn't combine the Evil Aura often with other forms unless he just wants a small power boost. Base X (50 + Evil Aura Boost).
- Super Saiyan 2: Cerberus is able to go Super Saiyan 2, it does appear like Super Saiyan, however his hair is a little spikier and slightly longer and has electricity crackling around his body. He got this form from Burst and Rycon, while Cumber can access 2, he already has far better control and power with three. The form gives Cerberus a X100 boost from his base form. Base X 100.
- Evil Super Saiyan 2: Like normal Super Saiyan, Cerberus is able to tap into the Evil Aura and combine it with Super Saiyan too giving him a small boost in power. Base X (100 + Evil Aura Boost).
- Super Saiyan 3: Cerberus can go Super Saiyan 3, in this form his hair still changes to a golden yellow and spikes out and grows longer reaching down to the base of his tail and has even more electricity crackling around his body and like a majority of of Super Saiyan 3s, Cerberus no longer has eyebrows. He got this form from Burst, Rycon and Cumber, and thanks to all his counterparts having a tail, it gives Cerberus full access to Super Saiyan 3 without any of the stamina drawbacks. This form gives Cerberus a X400 boost from his base. Base X 400.
- Evil Super Saiyan 3: Like the other forms, Cerberus can combine Super Saiyan 3 with the Evil Aura giving it a small boost, but still one that would make Cerberus strong due to the already high multiplier normal SSJ3 gives. Base X (400 + Evil Aura Boost).
- Super Saiyan 3 Full Power: From his Cumber counterpart, Cerberus is able to use Super Saiyan 3 at it's full power, bulking his muscles further and even causing some veins to bulge out, giving a boost that's greater than normal Super Saiyan 3. Base X (400 + SSJ3FP's Boost).
- Evil Super Saiyan 3 Full Power: Using Evil Aura on top of Super Saiyan 3 Full Power Cerberus can use this form, his appearance being slightly similar to Cumber's due to him being familiar with this form. Base X (400 + SSJ3FP's Boost + Evil Aura Boost).
Legendary Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan Full Power[]
- Legendary Super Saiyan is a form from Burst, being the son of an alternate version of Broly. Cerberus muscles grow and bulk up as he begins to increase in size and power, in fact if Base Cerberus and LSSJ Cerberus were to stand side to side, Base Cerberus would only come up his Legendary form's pelvic area. In this form Cerberus' eyes go blank white, as his hair becomes green with electricity sparking around him. Luckily Cerberus has full control over himself while in form, not only because of Burst's own training he did before he ever became Cerberus, but also because the other saiyans within him all have a form that has elicits a similar feeling but they have control over it. Base X (50 + LSSJ's Boost).
- Legendary Super Saiyan 2: Legendary Super Saiyan 2 is the form higher than the first, obtained by Cerberus' Burst side. Like normal SSJ2, Cerberus' muscles slightly bulk up more as more electricity crackles and sparks wildly. Base X (100 X LSSJ's Boost).
- Legendary Super Saiyan 3: Legendary Super Saiyan 3 is the form higher than the first and second, once again obtained by Cerberus' Burst side. Like normal SSJ3, Cerberus' green hair spikes out and elongates all the way to his tail base as he loses his eyebrows. Base X (400 + LSSJ's Boost).
- Legendary Super Saiyan 4: Legendary Super Saiyan 4, comes from Burst. In terms of the form's appearance there isn't much of a difference between it and the normal SSJ4 form Cerberus has, the only physical difference is that Cerberus' muscles bulk up and he's a lot buffer and much taller than his normal LSSJ form, by comparison, Base Cerberus only comes up to his LSSJ4 form's knees, while his LSSJ form only comes up to the chest of his LSSJ4 form. - Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker: Like normal Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker, the Legendary form was achieved via training and shattering the limits of the Super Saiyan 4 form. The form changes from having a red, pinkish fur color, to a shades of green. Cerberus' hair becomes a dark jade green, his fur color becomes green like DBS Broly's Legendary SSJ form, and has all white eyes. Base X Unknown(Higher than LSSJ4).

- Super Saiyan 4 is a form Cerberus has that all of his fusees have in someway shape or form. The form is typically gained when a saiyan with a tail goes Oozaru then Golden Oozaru, then regains control over themselves and condenses the form down into a humanoid form, growing red fur, and black hair in the process, even getting a slight outfit change, though Cerberus would still have his black pants and like GT Gogeta, being a fusion Ceberus' Super Saiyan 4's hair would be a crimson red, and while his irises would change red too, his pupils would form into cat-like slits, the form itself is stronger than normal SSJ4 because of Cerberus' Oozaru/Ikari form being X4 greater than normal. - Full Power Super Saiyan 4 Evolution: Full Power Super Saiyan 4 Evolution is a form from only Cerberus' Rycon's counterpart. This form was caused thanks to a mutation Rycon had when transforming back from a Golden Oozaru into his normal state, the form turns the red of Cerberus' SSJ4 hair yellow like Super Saiyan along with two bangs of the hair still being red. Cerberus' eyes while in the form is red with his pupils/slits being yellow. Base X Unknown(Higher than X2,000 + Unknown).
- Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker: Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker is a form achieved by all of Cerberus' fusees, though Xicor has his version of it. The four of them had achieved the form via training in their Super Saiyan 4 and shatter the form's limits with their own raw power, similar to what Broly did in Dragon Ball Heroes, rather than Ki transfer like Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta. The form still looks like Cerberus' Super Saiyan 4, but his red fur and hair is a much more pinkish magenta tint to it. Base X Unknown(Higher than FPSSJ4E).
- Super Saiyan 4 Evolution Limit Breaker: Super Saiyan 4 Evolution Limit Breaker is a form owned by only Rycon, the same mutation that caused Rycon's and by extension Cerberus', Super Saiyan 4 transformation also caused his Limit Breaker form to evolve too. The form has longer hair, the yellows on the form is now a more golden color, and the reds are a more fuchsia red. Base X Unknown(Higher than SSJ4LB).
Saiyan God[]
- Super Saiyan God, shorted to Saiyan God, is a form that only Burst and Rycon have, but for Xicor, it's less of a form and more his whole being as he is born from a goddess and a saiyan. Saiyan God turns Cerberus' hair red and slims down his muscles, but still gives him great strength and the form turns Cerberus' aura into a red fire-like blaze. Burst and Rycon both achieved the form at different points in time, Burst gained it while training while he was still in the Time Patrol, meanwhile Rycon, after Burst encountered him, gained the form while training with the retired Patroller who focused and utilized godly ki during his training. - Super Saiyan God: Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, shortened to Super Saiyan Blue, also shortened to Super Saiyan God is the super saiyan version of Saiyan God, bulking up Cerberus' muscles and turns his hair cyan blue and spikes it up like Super Saiyan. Burst, Rycon and Xicor, the difference is that Super Saiyan Blue is Xicor's version of Super Saiyan due to him already being born a saiyan with divine ki. Base X (Saiyan God X50).
- Super Saiyan Blue Evolved: Super Saiyan Blue Evolved is the stronger version of Super Saiyan Blue, bulking up Cerberus' muscles even further, turning the cyan blue to a royal blue. Surprisingly only Cerberus has this form and it's other higher evolved states of this form. Base X (Saiyan God X 1,000).
- Super Saiyan Blue 2: Like Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan Blue 2 is the higher stage of normal Super Saiyan Blue, Cerberus' cyan hair spikes up more and slightly elongates along with electricity sparking out of him. Only Xicor from Cerberus' fusees has this form since he's able to use it as normal Super Saiyan 2. Base X (Saiyan God X 100).
- Super Saiyan Blue 2 Evolved: Super Saiyan Blue 2 Evolved is the next level of Super Saiyan Blue Evolved. Like normal SSJ2, electricity will spark around Cerberus, and his royal blue hair will spike out and slightly grow more, though the lighting is a slightly darker blue. Base X (Saiyan God X 2,000).
- Super Saiyan Blue 3: Super Saiyan Blue 3 the next and higher stage of Super Saiyan Blue 2. Like Normal Super Saiyan 3, Cerberus' cyan hair elongates wildly and he loses his eyebrows. Like SSJB2, only Xicor from Cerberus' fusees has access to this form so far. Base X (Saiyan God X 400).

Enchanted Weighted Suppression Cuffs[]
As a form of exercise, Cerberus wears four thick, metal cuffs made special by his father, he always seen wearing them on his wrists and just above his ankles. Individually, each cuff cuts Cerberus' Power Level in half, fortunately despite that, Cerberus already has a naturally high base power due to already being a fusion and his counterparts alone are very powerful in base, not only that he always keeps fighting and training in some way shape or form and he mostly fights with his cuffs on giving a very high base PL with or without his cuffs. However when Cerberus is wearing the cuffs his Power Level will always be lesser than what it actually is, even when transforming the multiplier of his transformations are remain the same but his current PL isn't at it's true stat. Finally whenever Cerberus uses his saiyan transformation while wearing his cuffs, they will glow a certain color depending on the form(Yellow for SSJ, red for SSJG, etc), when this happens the cuffs will become heavier and will stack weight equal to the forms multiplier, the longer Cerberus remains in a form, the heavier and stronger the cuffs will be, and if Cerberus jumps into a higher form while already transformed while wearing the cuffs, then the cuffs will multiply weight accordingly to that form's multiplier.
When Cerberus returns to base the cuffs will still glow their according color, after a while they will stop glowing(this depends on how long Cerberus was transformed for), but they will still have the additional weight that was gained when Cerberus was transformed. He usually mediates during that time period just so he can acclimate himself with the new weights.
Finally, part of what makes Cerberus suppressors special for him is that while they do cling to his wrists and ankles, they don't just affect the weight in those certain areas, it affects his entire body equally. It was designed like this so if Cerberus ever took off two or three of his weights then the rest of his body wouldn't be so lopsided and unbalanced, also so if Cerberus' weights ever got too heavy, they wouldn't just be pulling down his limbs.
