Overview — General Synopsis[]
Venkyul Prime is home to a species known as the Venkyul people, who are often referred to as simply the Venkyul, though both the Venkyul species and Venkyul Prime are original creations made by me. The planet contains a purple atmosphere, and the surface is made of a blackened stone with a polished appearance. The architecture combines technology with more traditional Venkyul designs, as the Venkyul are a species with a deep appreciation for their origins, and as such, they are taught to never forget where they come from, no matter how far they advance as a species or culture. In addition to this, the architecture of their major buildings, such as the Venkyul Archive, which is able to automatically observe, record, and store data from events on Venkyul Prime or in its orbital region, also incorporates more mystical designs with the standard Venkyul technology and traditional construction styles, as it is symbolic of their importance to Venkyul culture and history, with the divergent design of important structures representing their higher value over normal Venkyul architecture.
Planet Venkyul's atmosphere is also able to obscure the planet itself from the view of others, as its unique composition actually allows it to refract light in an area around it, making it seem as though nothing is there. The Saiyans were unable to discover it for a very long time as a result of its natural concealment, though eventually, one crashed onto the surface during a mission to another world, with their Attack Ball unable to detect the planet in its path. The Saiyan was quickly killed upon attacking the inhabitants of the newly-discovered world, but the Attack Ball had sent data pertaining to the existence of Venkyul Prime back to Planet Vegeta before it was destroyed by Vyorus, the leader of the Venkyul people.
Saiyan Invasion Attempts[]
With news of a planet that was obscured from view, the Saiyans would mobilize an invasion force to try and conquer the Venkyul's planet. Unfortunately, the inhabitants of this world would prove far too challenging for the Saiyans to overcome, and their invasion force would be wiped out shortly after landing on the planet's surface. There would be many more attempted invasions, with each subsequent try ending in the Saiyans' failure, but it did not leave the Venkyul without significant casualties, as many of them were general researchers, rather than warriors like the Saiyans were, and Vyorus had even lost his wife during one of these invasion attempts, when their child was expected to arrive in the near future. Vyorus' grief as a result of this loss would trigger a hatred of the Saiyan species to begin developing, eventually reaching a point where Vyorus even tried to attack the Saiyans directly, though he was stopped by his fellow Venkyul, who reminded him that the Saiyans were warriors in their entirety, and provoking them on their own planet would only end badly for Venkyul Prime, as not even they could stand a chance against them, should they decided to send a more... numbered invasion force. Calming down, Vyorus realized that his people were right, and gave up on traveling to Planet Sadala, as that was the Saiyans' home planet at the time, but did not allow himself to forget about his feelings towards the Saiyans' attempted invasions of Venkyul Prime, although, this would not prevent him from sparing the life of one in particular.
Life With Skali Prime[]
After roughly a thousand years had passed since Vyorus lost his wife and future child, another Saiyan would land on the surface of Venkyul Prime, though it was not for the reason its inhabitants believed, as Skali Prime was a child at the time with power that the Saiyans could not understand, so they decided to send him to Venkyul Prime in an attempt to have them study his power and growth, before turning him against the Venkyul people, effectively killing two birds with one stone. However, when the Venkyul saw Skali Prime emerge from his Attack Ball, this served to anger them further, as almost all of them saw this as an insult to their people, and assumed that the Saiyans were becoming more and more arrogant as time went on, but Vyorus knew that the same species who had tried to invade his planet several times over the course of a thousand years would never send a child to overtake it under any circumstances, so he decided to read the mind and heart of the Saiyan child, realizing that he was being used by the other Saiyans as a sort of infiltration unit and experimental invader, rather than a direct warrior. Despite his vow of never allowing himself to forget what the Saiyans had done, Vyorus saw that Skali Prime was unlike the other Saiyans, as he was innocent, and had no part in other invasion attempts, but more than this, he was a child. Vyorus' loss of his wife and unborn child nearly cost the Venkyul everything, but he saw this as a chance to start again, deciding to raise Skali Prime as if he were his own son, allowing him to make up for what he had lost. However, despite his initial intentions for Skali Prime, Vyorus would come to view the Saiyan as more than a simple substitute, and began to treat him as an actual son, even sparring with him during training sessions, since fighting was a part of Skali Prime's genetic code as a member of the Saiyan species, with the Saiyans having quite literally evolved into natural warriors.
